  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience in technical recruiting, sourcing, and screening candidates for IT positions.
  • Strong knowledge of IT concepts, terminology, and methodologies.
  • Ability to source and recruit candidates using various job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Assist in the management of scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and our client

  • Experience with payroll systems, such as ADP or Paychex.
  • Facilitates leadership training and other identified training for employees and leadership.
  • Oversees Employee Health and Volunteer Services for the entity.
  • Insures compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws.
  • Responds to benefits inquiries from staff on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general inquiries.
  • Processes and administers all leave-of-absence requests and disability paperwork: medical, personal, disability and other applicable leaves.
  • Responds to retirement benefit inquiries relating to enrollments, plan changes and contribution amounts.
  • Assists with the open enrollment and renewal process.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information and exercise discretion and judgment in handling sensitive employee and company information.
  • Experience managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time off policies.
