- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in technical recruiting, sourcing, and screening candidates for IT positions.
- Strong knowledge of IT concepts, terminology, and methodologies.
- Ability to source and recruit candidates using various job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Assist in the management of scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and our client
- hiring managers; assist in interview preps and debriefs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with candidates, clients, and team members.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technology tools.
- Qualify potential candidates by conducting initial telephone interviews.
- Thoroughly prepare candidates for interviews by having an in-depth knowledge of Client Company.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meeting recruiting targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve recruitment challenges.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex concepts and process.

- Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Experience with payroll systems, such as ADP or Paychex.
- Facilitates leadership training and other identified training for employees and leadership.
- Oversees Employee Health and Volunteer Services for the entity.
- Insures compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws.
- Responds to benefits inquiries from staff on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general inquiries.
- Processes and administers all leave-of-absence requests and disability paperwork: medical, personal, disability and other applicable leaves.
- Responds to retirement benefit inquiries relating to enrollments, plan changes and contribution amounts.
- Assists with the open enrollment and renewal process.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to maintain confidential information and exercise discretion and judgment in handling sensitive employee and company information.
- Experience managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time off policies.
